I said, “No Thank You, Sir!”

29 Mar

I wandered into Wal-Mart today (yeah, I know, bad idea) to pick up a couple of quick grocery type items, and saw the following sight in the soft drink/beer and wine isle:

Sorry for the blurry phone picture; I suppose I was quaking in revulsion.

In case you can’t read the label, that’s a can of Budweiser-Clamato chelada, a “beer-like” product. Mass Market american beer pre-mixed with tomato clam juice. I can’t see how anybody figured that would be a good idea.

I guess the product development guys at Anheuser-Busch must have been sampling the product a little too much one day.

unrelated note number one:
I saw a window decal on a car in the parking lot at the same establishment – “Life Is Short – Listen to Kenny Chesney Naked”. Uh, okay. No thanks. Anybody want to tell me what that means?

unrelated note number two:
It seems our dryer died today. Crap.
