…why I really dislike the whole idea of homeowner’s associations, and am seriously glad I’m not part of one:
A Richmond area HOA has threatened a lawsuit against a 90 year old WWII veteran Medal of Honor recipient over a flagpole in his yard, even though said flagpole doesn’t actually violate any of the agreement provisions. Someone on the board simply decided they didn’t like it.
Let the guy have his flagpole; he earned it.
