Since I redesigned the domain front page (that nobody uses but my sister), I’ve finally cracked the first page of a google search for chuck parker!
Yay, Number seven! Sure, I’ve been number one on Yahoo! for years now, but Google is something special…
I’ve managed to get ahead of the hippie guitar player guy, but am still being beaten by the Hollywood production designer, an executive vice president from a DVD distribution company in London, A realtor in Florida, and the guy from Automotive Digest.
Still, if one plays with the google “advanced search bits”, I see that I’m doing something right. a search for things related to chuck parker turns up a link to wil, who does this whole “blog” thing a hell of a lot more effectively than I do; and whose style I ape shamelessly whenever possible strive to emulate.
Not that this matters one whit to any of you, but I think it’s cool. And don’t tell me you’ve never googled yourself!
