It’s cool to sit here and watch Barack Obama acknowledge that he’s the Democratic Party nominee for President of the United States. This, my friends, is history being made.
And my family can say we saw him back before he was such a big shot, stumping for Tim Kaine in Richmond in ’05. Here’s photographic proof:
