I guess it must be a slow news day, since the Chicago Tribune is running a story about the teenager who bought a used car that once belonged to President-Elect Barack Obama.
What sort of elitist automobile was it? A 2000 Dodge Neon.
Think about it; three years ago, the guy who will be President drove a crappy late-model econo-box compact. I don’t think we have to worry about him being out of touch with middle-class America. I don’t worry about him not having a feel for my situation; after all, three years ago, I drove this.
And, the guy collects Spider-Man comics! It’s like he can see into my soul or something…
…and he has read every harry potter book.
November 18th, 2008 at 12:46 PM…and he worked in an ice cream shop in his teens (of course, I still like ice cream, although it doesn’t always like me).
Now this is getting REALLY scary….
