Friday Random Ten: “half-full Sansa” edition
It’s another Friday back home after a week on the road. It’s raining, I didn’t want to get out of bed. Deja Vu, huh?

That was a cheap joke, wasn’t it?
Anyway, today’s random ten comes courtesy of the flash memory on my new Sansa, as my iPod is sitting at home waiting to get charged up after it (and it’s partner, the iTrip FM modulator) kept me occupied on the three and a half hours I spent on parking lot Interstate yesterday afternoon. Actually, the trimmed down selection on this player (I’ve about two gigs worth of tunes on this one, as opposed to ninteen and change on the ipod) actually generates a pretty good picture of my tastes over the last month or so.
Enjoy this little window into my brain’s internal soundtrack, lacking only a version of “All Along the Watchtower”, which has been rattling around my brain since Colleen and I finished season three of Battlestar Galactica last night:
- “Here Comes A Regular” – The Replacements
- “Barricades and Brickwalls” – Kasey Chambers
- “Driver 8” – R.E.M.
- “Let Me Go Easy (live)” – Indigo Girls
- “Song for a River” – The Badlees
- “Chiron Beta Prime” – Jonathan Coulton
- “Hands Clean” – Alanis Morissettte
- “Piggies” – The Beatles
- “Highwire” – The Clarks
- “Fire on the Side” – Y Kant Tori Read?
Could I be the final Cylon?
