I’m terribly glad the week’s basically over. This week was, for reasons yet unrevealed to me, very trying. I’m hoping for a little bit of respite over the weekend; at this point, there’s nothing scheduled, other than the usual bill paying and grocery shopping. And for that, I’m relieved.
I hope your weekend is as restful as I hope mine is. And Mike, have a great European tour – and don’t get weirded out by the mayonnaise on the frites; that’s just the way the Belgians eat them!
Just had a call from Mike. Enjoying himself very much today. He and the rest of his crew performed several hours ago, but are hanging around for the rest of the evenings shows. He was watching Def Leppard as we spoke, had previously seen Tesla(who was up just before Yng and the Boys), Sympony X, and was eargerly awaiting the Whitesnake and Priest shows to come!!! Anyone as jealous as me???
June 27th, 2008 at 2:20 PMI guess I’m jealous of the whole, y’know, being in Europe thing…I’m guessing the show went well?
June 27th, 2008 at 3:17 PMYeah, Mike was pleased. He’s in Germany today, though I haven’t heard from him yet. One text from yesterday just said “Awesome” so I guess that about sums it up.
